At CSWS Metal Structures, we strive to provide clear communication and accurate information before any order is placed. Because our products are custom-built, our refund policy is as follows:
Deposits

Deposits may be required to begin processing your order.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.

Specific deposit terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to processing; however, any applicable fees or non-refundable deposits may still apply.

Once materials are ordered or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Custom Orders

All buildings are custom-made to your specifications.

For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
Changes to Orders

Any requested changes after an order is placed may result in additional costs.

Not all changes can be accommodated once the order is in progress.

Third-Party Services

CSWS Metal Structures works with third-party manufacturers and installers. Refunds related to manufacturing or installation are subject to the policies of those providers.
